Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 26, 2026 • AI Iron Command LLC

Scope

This notice describes the information handled by the AI Iron Command LLC website and its inquiry and optional AI features. This is the temporary privacy-notice publication page for our LinkedIn developer-app commissioning; it does not announce a change to our canonical website.

Information you provide

The inquiry form requests your name, organization, contact method, service interest, how you found us, a description of your request, and consent to store and review it. The form is configured to store accepted inquiries with a receipt identifier and submission time in the website database. Inquiry information is used to evaluate and respond to requests. You may instead contact us through our business email.

Website activity

The website is configured to send page-view information to its activity database: the page path, referring page when supplied by the browser, a mobile-or-desktop category, and event time. This supports website improvement. Referring-page addresses can contain identifying information, so we do not describe this information as anonymous. This notice does not promise cookie-free browsing or describe all technical information handled by hosting or external service providers.

Optional AI features

If you use the website AI assistant, the feature sends recent conversation text to OpenAI to generate a response. Portal AI and voice features, where available to authorized users, also send submitted text or audio to OpenAI for processing. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information in these features. Using the AI assistant is not required to contact us. Accountable people retain authority over business decisions, communications and engagements; an AI response is not an approval or commitment.

Services and payments

The website uses Sites hosting and a D1 database for its website records. Business email uses Microsoft 365. AI features use OpenAI. The published purchase link directs you to Stripe Checkout; enter payment-card details there, not in our inquiry form, email or AI assistant. External services handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. This notice does not claim that information is never shared with service providers.

Private life stays private

Our operating rule is to limit business use to authorized, necessary business information—not to use private messages, personal-phone content, intimate or marital information, addiction or recovery history, medical information, family matters, or unrelated personal history as business intelligence, marketing material, lead data, portfolio proof, or leverage. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, health information, private-life history or controlled project records through the public form or AI assistant. These instructions are not a guarantee that sensitive information will be automatically detected or blocked.

LinkedIn commissioning

Production LinkedIn API data collection has not been commissioned for this adapter. This page is being provided for developer-application setup, not as notice that LinkedIn lead harvesting, messaging or API collection is active. Any future LinkedIn data flow requires separate authorization and an updated disclosure before activation.

Retention and requests

A uniform retention period and a complete automated access or deletion process have not been established for the flows described here. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline. For questions or requests to review, correct or delete information you submitted, email the contact below and include an inquiry receipt identifier if you have one. Do not include passwords or other sensitive material. Requests require human review; this notice does not promise an unverified outcome or determine which legal rights apply.

Contact and updates

Contact AI Iron Command LLC at neil@aiironcommand.com about this notice or submitted information. You can also open our contact page. We will revise this notice when the described practices change and identify the revision by its Last Updated date. Operational publication is not legal approval; review by John Burns or qualified privacy counsel remains open.
